Cable Guide for XC Gear Mako 360 Mounts

Description

Affectionately known as “The Handlebar Mustache”, this dapper little unit serves to keep your throttle cables safe by providing a slick guided path on which to travel during hard steering input. Our billet aluminum clamp replaces the upper “Shark Bite” clamp in your Mako360, and features mounting provisions for the cable guide wear plate. The Delrin wear plate guides the throttle cables away from the handlebars, the handlebar clamp, forks, and frame preventing wear and cable snags that could eventually lead to an expensive, inconvenient, or dangerous failure.

The bar clamp is machined from billet 6061 Aluminum and hard coat anodized to MIL-A-8625, wear plate is machined from Delrin, and all hardware is made from stainless steel.

The Delrin wear plate is considered a wear component may need to flipped/rotated or replaced every 100hrs. Replacement wear plates (mustaches) are available here if needed Wear Plate for XC Gear Mako 360 Cable Guide .
