Our 3 Piece Thread-X Bar Ends provide the ultimate flexibility and durability for riders who alternate between flag and wrap around handguards. Riders can install the supplied endcaps for flag handguards, or by removing the endcaps mount their favorite wrap around handguards in seconds. This is possible because our supplied mounting screws are compatible with nearly all wrap around handguards on the market. Additionally, these 3 piece bar ends feature a “floating” endcap, with enough compliance between the endcap and center screw such that they can self align with uneven edges on handlebar ends that may not be suitable for our 1 piece bar ends (IE: Bars that have need previously damaged or known not to be “square” or even on the ends).
Our threaded bar ends do not fall out or pack up with grit after a crash like many others on the market. They are machined from billet 6061 Aluminum and anodized per MIL-A-8625. This kit includes two endcaps, two threaded inserts and two M8 flat head bolts.
To install these parts your handlebar ends must be threaded 5/8-11. If not already threaded, please consider using our Thread-X Bar Tapping Kit. As part of the Thread-X ecosystem, you can easily swap out your flag type handguards at anytime for wrap around handguards by installing our Bar End Inserts.
